The head office of Groupe J.L. Leclerc is located at 4919 Marie Victorin in Saint-Antoine de Tilly. It accommodates the administrative offices as well as the technical department and the main factory.

The Firm operates three other production centres in Sainte-Croix where subcontracted products are manufactured. This brings the total area to more than 100,000 square feet.

EQUIPMENT

Groupe J.L. Leclerc's technical and administrative departments are equipped with the latest computer systems which are up-dated on a regular basis. In addition, the company implements an MRP system, always bearing in mind productivity, thoroughness and systematic monitoring so as to support its clients in their quest for excellence.

The Company primarily makes use of three types of equipment in its factories :

. CNC equipment (Amada automatic folder, machining centre, pre-programmed milling machine);

. conventional equipment (MIG and TIG welding machines, overhead travelling cranes, metal working lathes, borers, folders, hydraulic presses);

. specialized equipment (assembling jigs, welding jigs, punches, dies, materials handling equipment).
 

Technology

Groupe J.L. Leclerc makes use of specialized software such as Solid Works and Autocad for its design projects and technical drawings.

The operations management system is totally integrated and processes any information that is incidental to projects, purchasing and inventories, to sales, payroll and to accounting management.
